This course guides you through specific asanas and sequences designed to pacify Vata, Pitta, or Kapha for a truly balanced mind and body. 16:00 - 17:00 Intro To Ayurvedic Herb & Teas Learn the healing power of nature by integrating Ayurvedic herbs and seasonal whole foods into your daily nutrition. This course teaches you how to use ancient kitchen pharmacy and dietary wisdom to balance your doshas and fuel your body's innate vitality. 17:00 - 18:00 Introduction to Mantra Yoga Master the ancient science of Sanskrit mantras and healing chants to harmonize your consciousness and restore vital energy through Mantra Infused  Asana Practice.This training provides the precise phonetic tools and sacred vibrations to cultivate mental clarity and spiritual well-being  18:00 - 19:00 Mantra Meditation & Pranayama Guided mantra meditation and breathing exercises to calm the nervous system. 19:00 - 19:30 Integration & Closing Personal action plan, Q&A session, and closing group meditation.
