Once a month, we explore two different modalities of sound, chanting and soundscapes. We begin with a meditative Breathwork and flow into a chanting practice from various traditions, by this we actively explore our own voices as a healing modality. Second half of the hour we explore passive form of receiving the sound, with different frequencies and soundscapes with live instruments ( Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, drums etc.) . We integrate the experience with silence. About Facilitator Vanine is a Berlin-based multidisciplinary visual and sound artist whose work blends music, design, and global influences into boundary-expansive sonic experiences. Trained as a classical pianist, Vanine’s exploration of sound took unexpected turns. In 2012, she discovered the immersive world of sound meditation through Tibetan Bowls, a practice that has remained a key part of her artistic evolution. In 2023, she was initiated into the ancient art of Gong playing. This transformative experience reshaped her artistic path and ignited a drive to create immersive, experiential sonic journeys, sharing the power of the Gong’s vibrations with audiences worldwide. She is fascinated with the experiences created through intangible elements of design, part of which is sound and scent. As a founding member of the World Experience Organization (WXO), Vanine continues to redefine the boundaries of experiential design, creating immersive environments that fuse sound, aesthetics, and space into unforgettable experiences.
