Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga

This class blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the steady grounding of Hatha

Through mindful sequencing, we build heat and energy in the body with breath-led movement, then pause to hold selected postures, creating space to explore alignment, stillness, and deeper breathing. The practice balances effort and ease, inviting both strength and softness - so you leave feeling energised, centred, and more connected to your breath.

Open to all levels and beginner-friendly. This class is held in English.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building. You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
