The nervous system often controls our mechanical breathing; happiness makes us breathe differently than when we feel anxious or scared, as it is a straight response from external actions.

What if we bring our conscious mind into the inhalation and exhalation with a series of breathwork techniques that will allow us to shift our emotions and feelings, and take control of them?

Managing and manipulating this unconscious 24/7 daily action that is to breathe helps us in many ways; reduces stress, and creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. It could also release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.

Recommended: have your last meal at least an hour before class to allow digestion.
