Join us for a restoring meditation session to relax your body and mind on the mat! This class was developed for neurodiverse and neurotypical minds alike. A clearly guided flow of breath work, body scan, progressive muscle relaxation and autogenic training helps you to land inwardly, clear your focus and noticeably slow down. Combined with essential oils, you will enjoy a mindful way to calm down your nervous system and recharge your energy. Ideal for ADHD, sensory overload, hyper sensitive or simply for your break and stress release.
