Tantra teaches us to notice the subtle shifts between an open and a closed heart - inviting us to bring in presence, breath and compassion to the moments when we shut down, so we can gently open again. Unlike popular belief - an open heart does not make you vulnerable. Rather - it is a super power. It holds the alchemy to transform suffering into love - our own, and that of those around us. There is no elevator so please only buy a ticket if you can use the stairs. You’ll find the studio in the second courtyard. Take the outdoor stairs to the front door of the building.
