Grief affects the mind, body, and soul. This practice offers a safe, nurturing space supporting you to process any type of loss through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and guided meditation.
Woven together these elements help you ground, cultivate self-compassion and find release.
This is a personal and introspective practice, you won't be asked to share anything about your loss. As we gather in practice, we are reminded that grief touches us all - you are not alone in it.
Together we move and breathe - with softness, awareness, and care.
Teachers
Your teachers are trained in both yoga and grief counseling.
- Kristin is an experienced grief counsellor and Vinyasa yoga teacher (200h).
- Leonie is a Vinyasa, Yin, and meditation teacher (500h), with additional education in grief counseling and currently training as a mindfulness-based systemic coach.
