Comprehensive Training Program

Structure:

Certification

PILATES TEACHER TRAINING (Power & Flow Pilates - Postural, Stretching, Pre & Post Natal, Myofascial Pilates)

Upon successful completion, participants will receive an official certificate from BOARÉ Studio and Carolina Sambado. The certificate allows you to work in any studio around the world.
