ANTIdote. Yoga x Breathwork A two-part class combining Yoga Flow and Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) for deep healing and connection. The session begins with Yoga to open the body and deepen the breath, followed by CCB - a therapeutic practice to ease anxiety, PMS, physical pain and release trauma. This practice supports the immune system, calms the mind, and fosters a sense of balance and connection. Experience the antidote.
