I teach Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and meditation with a focus on nervous system regulation and inner silence. My work brings together intensity and stillness — using dynamic practices, structured breath techniques, and applied awareness to create real physiological and psychological change. This approach is especially supportive for highly sensitive and neurodivergent nervous systems. We work with activation in a conscious way, building resilience, stability, and clarity without bypassing intensity. The practice is practical and embodied: movement, breath, focus, and silence. The goal is deep regulation, expanded awareness, and sustainable transformation — not performance, but integration.
