These classes are designed for individuals navigating:

  • Trauma & complex trauma
  • PTSD or post‑traumatic stress
  • Chronic stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
  • Dissociation or feeling disconnected from the body
  • Medical trauma or life‑altering experiences or events

What makes this practice different:

  • Choice‑based, non‑directive language
  • No physical adjustments or forced postures
  • Emphasis on safety, agency, and nervous system regulation
  • Gentle movement, breath awareness & grounding practices
  • You are always in control of your experience
