Yoga in Alignment with Body and Breath

Yoga is not exercise. It is the science of aligning the body correctly and guiding the breath consciously. When posture and breath move together in harmony, muscles relax, organs function better, the nervous system calms, and the mind becomes steady. This is Yoga as healing — precise, aware, and deeply transformative.

This class will be taught by Dr. Shakti Vidyalankar, a globally experienced Yoga Teacher/Therapist and founder of Doctor Yog.

With over 20 years of international teaching experience, he teaches Yoga as a precise healing science, integrating classical Yoga, Ayurveda, correct body alignment, breath regulation, and mind–body awareness for deep and lasting transformation.
