In this eight-day intensive breathwork, meditation & yoga retreat in Sri Lanka, you’ll have the space to explore body and mind more deeply. We share a wide range of techniques and insights to help you reconnect and build sustainable practices. Daily breathwork, yoga and meditation deepen your connection to yourself, while progressive theory about the mind, emotions and the body gives you clarity and tools to continue at home. You’ll receive many practical techniques to integrate into your daily life. An Ayurvedic massage and Shirodhara treatment, healthy and delicious plant-based cuisine, and an amazingly supportive group will help you go even deeper.
We designed this holistic retreat to offer the essence of longer teacher-training content in a concentrated 8-day format. Food and nutrition are central to the experience: our unique culinary fusion menu delivers a new plant-based experience each day.
