Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance

Join us for an evening of heart-opening connection, intentional ritual, and liberating movement. Beginning with a ceremonial cacao gathering, we will create a space to slow down, arrive fully in the present moment, and set intentions for the journey ahead. From there, we transition into ecstatic dance—an invitation to move freely, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. This experience is designed as a celebration of authenticity, community, and self-expression. There are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow, and no expectation to perform. Instead, we invite you to listen inward, allowing the music to guide your unique expression.

What to Expect

The evening will begin with a guided cacao ceremony facilitated by Ariana and Shiv. Ceremonial cacao has long been used in community gatherings as a gentle way to cultivate presence, connection, and openness. Together, we will share intentions and create a supportive container for the evening. Following the ceremony, participants will be guided into an ecstatic dance journey. Through carefully curated music, you will be encouraged to explore movement in a way that feels natural and authentic to you. Some may dance with energy and playfulness, while others may move slowly and meditatively. All expressions are welcome. The evening concludes with a grounding integration circle, offering space for reflection and meaningful connection with the community.

This gathering is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience with cacao ceremonies or dance. Whether you are seeking joy, emotional release, connection, or simply an opportunity to experience something new, you are warmly welcome. Come alone or with friends. Many participants arrive not knowing anyone and leave having formed genuine connections within a supportive community. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, bring a water bottle, and arrive with curiosity and an open heart.
