Ecstatic Dance - Breath, Cacao & Movement (Kreuzberg)

You’re invited into a 3-hour embodied journey of breath, cacao, sound, and free movement - a space to reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and your aliveness.

This evening is an invitation to step out of the everyday and into presence. Into sensation. Into movement that comes from within.

We begin gently, opening a grounded and connected field. With ceremonial cacao, we soften into the body and create a shared space together. From there, we move into breath and subtle energy attunement - allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to open in its own natural way.

Then the dance unfolds.

Guided by music, we move through a wave of different energies - from spacious and subtle, into playful and expressive, into powerful and alive, and back into stillness. The DJ set carries you through this journey, inviting you to explore your own rhythm, your own edges, and your own way of moving.

There is no choreography. There is no performance. There is no right or wrong.

You are free to move, to pause, to lie down, to connect, or to stay in your own world. Everything is welcome. The space is held with awareness, consent, and respect - so you can feel safe to express yourself as you are.

Ecstatic Dance is not about pushing or forcing anything to happen. It’s about listening. Allowing. Letting movement arise naturally. Some moments may feel light and joyful, others deeper or more introspective. All of it belongs.

As the evening comes to a close, we gently land together. There is space for integration, rest, and simply being - allowing the experience to settle in your body.

No previous dance experience is needed. Come as you are and move in your own rhythm.
