For years we’ve held a safe, inclusive container where people explore creativity through ecstatic dance and conscious movement, connect with themselves and each other, and recharge in nature. Expect inspiring workshops, uplifting live music, guided movement sessions and restorative wellbeing practices that will rejuvenate your spirit.

Festival overview Ecstatic Dance Festival UK is a multi-day immersive dance festival devoted to ecstatic dance, conscious movement, music, nature connection and holistic wellbeing. Come into a warm, grounded space where people dance fully, rest properly and connect without pressure. You can attend the full festival (5 days) or join for the weekend. This is not a party festival — it’s a carefully held container: alcohol-free, drug-free, and phone-free in dance and workshop spaces to support presence, respect and real participation.
