From the moment you are picked up at the airport, you’ll be in the hands of your guides Bas & Matteo – “Icenurse & Filoxygen Style.” Together, we’ll lead you through breathtaking landscapes and into the warm, authentic culture of Italy. Your home will be a cozy cabin hidden in the mountains—the perfect place to wake up each morning to fresh alpine air and birdsong.

Our days begin calmly and mindfully—with deep breathwork and a light breakfast. Then the adventure begins! We’ll take you on a hike where crystal-clear, cool water invites you for a refreshing swim. One evening, as the sun slowly sets, we’ll glide across the calm waters of Lake Posta Fibreno in Canadian canoes. Our local guide will introduce you to the magic of this place—a lake fed by a natural spring that pumps 9,000 liters of mineral-rich water per minute into the lake, providing a home for diverse wildlife.

And of course—we are in Italy. Our private chef will treat you to dishes that capture the essence of the Italian countryside—fresh, honest, and full of flavor. In a shared cooking class, you’ll discover the secrets of this cuisine yourself.
