Family Constellations Workshop - Systemic Healing & Ancestral Trauma
Family Constellations - 2 Day Workshop
Systemic Family Constellation is a therapeutic approach that looks at how hidden family dynamics, inherited trauma, and unresolved issues from previous generations can affect a person’s emotions, relationships, and behaviour today.
In a session, family members or symbols are placed in a physical space to represent key people in someone’s family system. The way these “constellations” interact can reveal unconscious patterns that influence current problems. The goal is to bring awareness, restore balance, and allow healing.
Family Constellation work can also be used to explore pain, organ issues, and chakra imbalances as a way to address emotional and systemic roots that may be linked to physical symptoms. This doesn’t replace medical treatment.
Format
I work in small groups to allow time for everyone’s constellation to unfold and give the needed support.

Hello,
I’m a certified Family Constellation and Past Life Regression therapist, Yoga teacher, sound healer, published author and multi award-winning artist with over two decades of experience across creative and healing fields. My work blends ancient wisdom with lived experience and contemporary knowledge. I’m offering trauma-informed, heart-centred spaces for healing and transformation through systemic embodied practices.
While traditional therapy like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy played an important role in my own healing path, my most profound insight came through holistic practices especially Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra and Past Life Regression. These experiences shaped my calling to support others on their journey.
I foster a deeply spiritual intuitive connection to my ancestors and through my work I receive clear guidance. I am committed to serving the queer community and people of colour first, and I make a conscious effort to cultivate a practice that is inclusive, diverse, and welcoming.
Any more question please ask. With Gratitude Livia
