About the teacher
Elena Menci is an international yogi with experience gained in Bali, India, Dubai and Mallorca. A 700hrs certified yoga teacher, she is trained in:
- Vinyasa
- Yin
- Swing
- Ashtanga Yoga
and uses Iyengar props to support alignment. Elena has also studied Functional Anatomy, Sports Massage, Guasha, Cupping and Osho Meditation, and continues to deepen her understanding of the human body and mind - the power of one’s mind fascinates her most.
Born in the eastern part of Slovakia by the High Tatra Mountains, Elena grew up closely connected to nature. After working in the luxury fashion and diamond industry, life events prompted her to study yoga seriously and change her career path to teaching. Along the way she envisioned creating a nature-focused community rooted in non-judgmental intention - a safe, welcoming space where people can connect, share experiences and feel at home. After living in the Middle East for 10 years, she moved to Portugal to build that community in the sunny Algarve.
