Join Tracey for 7 days of total bliss rooted in meditation, pranayama and soulful vinyasa flows. You’ll move through inquiry - physically and mentally - rediscovering joy and re-awakening the playfulness between your head and your heart. Meditation and mindfulness are explored with deep respect for self-love and inner reflection, while pranayama and creatively sequenced asana build inner strength, encourage letting go of struggle and invite a sense of ease. Bring your enthusiasm, your smile and your desire to have fun on and off your mat!
This yoga and meditation retreat is suitable for all levels but will also offer challenging vinyasa flow classes for those seeking a dynamic practice.
About the Teacher
Tracey Noseworthy
Tracey is light, fun, humorous and passionately dedicated to the teaching of yoga. She speaks from the heart and brings real life into the classroom, inspiring students long after they leave the mat. Tracey offers public and private classes, creatively sequenced workshops, teacher trainings, online classes, personal training sessions and mentorship for new yogis. She has a passion for youth - teaching mindfulness and body awareness in classrooms - and delivers group sessions for high-profile businesses and events with local DJs to add a playful, creative element. Named the “Most Distinguished Teacher” at the 2017 Victoria Yoga Conference and a member of the 2018 selection committee, Tracey graduated from McMaster University with a Physical Education degree. She brings over 25 years of experience in health and fitness, more than 4000 hours of yoga teaching, an E-RYT 500 credential and ACE Personal Trainer certification. Based in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Tracey loves life, her children, her partner, her dog, travel and continued study. She loves teaching - moving bodies, inspiring minds - and is beyond grateful for the life she lives.
