Overview

Stress, Relaxation and Communication is one of the Inner Skills suite of courses, based entirely on Osho’s responses to individual seekers. This one-day stress management and relaxation course offers simple, practical ways to bring presence, awareness and calm into everyday life. Our daily lives provide constant opportunities for personal transformation; learning to be more present, more alive and more aware is easier than you think - Osho calls it “just a little knack.”

Do you ever leave the meditation cushion feeling enlightened and later find yourself shouting at the kids or losing your cool with a “difficult” colleague? Then this mindful communication and stress reduction workshop is for you. Stress is a natural part of life, but when it accumulates because we haven’t found the “off-button,” it harms health, relationships, creativity and productivity. The ability to maintain relaxed awareness supports higher productivity, greater job and life satisfaction, and clearer communication.

In the Inner Skills – Stress, Relaxation, Communication module we will practice experiments, exercises and short meditations you can use to stay relaxed, centered and aware even in demanding situations.

How to Book

This course is ideally experienced as part of the Meditation Plus Living In program. If you prefer to live onsite or are coming from offsite, you can book in person at the booking desk — there is no need for advance reservations and you can usually book up to the time the course starts. If you are arriving on the day the course begins, please ensure you arrive by 9:00 AM to allow time for registration. Most courses begin at 9:30 AM.
