Through gentle yet effective pelvic floor exercises and mindful movement, this women's intimate health class improves tone, mobility and flexibility while enhancing posture, confidence and sensuality. By helping women reconnect with their bodies, Intimflex nurtures feminine energy, supports libido, fosters self-love and empowerment, and promotes real-life vitality and deeper personal connection. This holistic approach addresses both physical and emotional wellness with accessible movements for everyday life.

"HAVEN" is a community founded by Elena Menci, an international yoga teacher who moved to the Algarve from Dubai in 2020. Based in the sunny Algarve, we welcome anyone curious about yoga, mind–body connection, healthy living & lifestyle. Elena is passionate about creating a warm, inclusive environment for the community.
