Daily yoga & practices
morning and evening sessions guide you to land fully in your body. The programme includes Sattva Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Somatic Movement, together with Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Breathwork, Chanting and Kriyas. We close with grounding practices and Satsang to reflect, listen and simply be, deepening our Sangha - the community that holds us.
