Join master percussionist, musician, and healer Poranguí for an immersive workshop designed to help you rediscover the first and most intricate instrument you will ever play: your own body. Through a dynamic blend of rhythm, sound, breath, and movement, you’ll be guided into a deeper awareness of how voice, percussion, and Spirit naturally intertwine. In this supportive and vibrant circle, we explore the pathways of expression that awaken when we listen inward and allow our bodies to become vessels for sound. As we connect with our body’s innate musicality, we begin to unlock layers of creativity, presence, and joy. This is a space to experiment, to play, and to remember the deep intelligence that lives within your rhythm and your voice. Together, we cultivate expression in a celebratory and welcoming container, gently dissolving inhibitions and weaving ourselves back into the greater fabric of life through shared sound and connection. No experience is necessary - this workshop is open to all, whether you are new to music and movement or have an established practice. Come as you are and discover the joy of singing your soul, embodying rhythm, and serving the Music through your unique and authentic expression.
