This gentle yet effective postnatal yoga class focuses on strengthening, stretching, and soothing your postpartum body while offering a nurturing, baby-friendly space for both you and your baby. Through mindful movement and restorative techniques you will:

About the teacher
Founder of Haven, Elena Menci is an international yogi with experience in Bali, India, Dubai and Mallorca. She is a 700hrs certified Yoga Teacher trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Swing and Ashtanga Yoga with Iyengar props. Elena has also studied Functional Anatomy, Sports Massage, Guasha, Cupping and Osho Meditation, and continues to explore the human body and mind—what fascinates her most is the power of the mind.
Born in the eastern part of Slovakia by the High Tatra Mountains, nature has always been central to her upbringing. After a career in the luxury fashion and diamond industry, life events led her to dive into yoga and change her career path. With a vision to create a community grounded in nature and intention—a non-judgmental, safe place to connect and feel “at home”—Elena moved to Portugal after living in the Middle East for 10 years to build this community in the sunny Algarve.
