Elli creates a safe space and offers body and energy work to release blockages. She invites you to delve into the deepest layers of your being and fully express everything that arises. A sacred sharing process helps you integrate your unique journey and give it meaning.
No two sessions are alike. This ceremony must be experienced to be understood. A shamanic journey through body, heart, mind, and soul - guided by breath, supported by ceremony, and held in a space designed specifically for this purpose.
✦ A RARE OPPORTUNITY
Shamanic Breathwork training isn't something you can simply book online. Becoming a Master Practitioner takes at least a year. Facilitators offering this level of in-depth training are rare.

✦ WHAT SHAMANIC BREATHWORK IS - AND WHAT NOT
You know what breathwork means. But you haven't yet experienced a Shamanic Breathwork ceremony that connects you to your deepest self.
It's not pranayama. Not the Wim Hof Technique. Not a guided meditation. Not a yoga breathwork class. This is no longer just breathwork. This is something else entirely.
Shamanic Breathwork, developed in 1996 by Linda Star Wolf, combines conscious connected breathing from the original breathwork pillars (holotropic, integrative, rebirthing) with shamanic ceremony, chakra-tuned music, and an artistic process. It doesn't work on the level of understanding. It goes directly into the body, into what has been waiting there for so long.
You breathe at your own pace and depth. No prescribed speed. A journey doesn't have to be cathartic to bring about change. No expectations about what should happen. Your inner guidance leads.
Throughout the entire process, I work directly with the energy field of the space and each individual. If the process calls for it, and you agree, direct bodywork is also incorporated.
At the end, a painting process follows to receive even more information from your soul and to understand the journey more deeply. The resulting painting initiates the integration process to gain clarity about which insights and changes you can take with you into your daily life.

✦ HOW TO PREPARE?
- Read the safety instructions at the end.
- Eat something light beforehand. Don't come hungry, but also not overly full.
- No alcohol or other mind-altering substances for 24 hours before and ideally after.
- Allow time after the session for further integration.
