Singing Soul - Tfi-La / A masterclass of new prayer
A three week journey into the art of connection & new prayer through music, voice and free expression. (In collaboration with Start.bahn & Spirit & Soul Berlin).
Full Workshop Schedule: Tuesdays: May 12, 19, 26 19:30-22:00
Open intro session - May 5th' 19:30-21:30
Through music, rhythm and voice, we’ll open a creative space where we can freely express our longing, fears, hopes and dreams and discover our own unique prayer and song. We’ll sing together, listen, move and share, awakening the voice within. Each session will focus on a different aspect of connection with ourselves and with the whole; such as gratitude, intention, self-will, meaning and collective conciseness. Drawing our inspiration from the Hebrew calendar, Kabbalistic wisdom, the spirit of Gospel and other spiritual traditions, we’ll tune into the special spring energy and time between the Hebrew holidays "Pessach and Shavuot", inviting new light and insight into our lives.
We will meet in a small group, creating a safe and supportive space for deep exploration. * No previous experience is needed.
“It’s true, you are decent people, but that wasn’t what I meant; I wanted you to be like the animals that roar in the forest all night long״ (Rabbi Nachman)
For thousands of years, prayer has followed structured forms, at set times and places. Yet the task of our time is to seek the living spirit behind the form - a prayer that brings us into the present, connects us with our deepest feelings, and reminds us who we truly are.
Moments of pure connection that open a doorway to our inner world and to the infinite field of potential within us.
As Rabbi Nachman teaches, true prayer comes in simple moments of honest conversation, with ourselves, as part of a greater creation, in our own words. A calling that rises from within. We invite you to explore these moments of connection together!
