This energising class focuses on fluid transitions, alignment and breath awareness, and is suitable for a yogi who already has a good foundation or an established yoga practice.
About the instructor
Elena Menci is an international Yogi with experience gained in Bali, India, Dubai and Mallorca. She is a 700hrs certified Yoga Teacher trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Swing and Ashtanga Yoga, including the use of Iyengar props. Elena has also studied Functional Anatomy, Sports Massage, Guasha, Cupping and Osho Meditation, and she continues to explore the human body and mind — fascinated by the power of one’s mind.
Born in the eastern part of Slovakia near the High Tatra Mountains, nature has always been central to her life. After a career in the luxury fashion and diamond industry, personal events inspired her to dive deeply into yoga and change her career path to become a Yoga teacher.
Elena’s vision is to build a nature-focused community rooted in non-judgmental intention — a safe place where people can connect, interact, exchange experiences and energy, and truly feel “at home.”
