Yoga & Ayurveda Autumn Retreat
A deeply nourishing Yoga and Ayurveda weekend retreat designed to restore balance, support your nervous system and reconnect you with your natural rhythms — through embodied yoga practices, seasonal Ayurvedic teachings, and beautifully prepared vegetarian food. Set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside, this retreat offers a spacious, supportive environment to slow down, reset and learn practical Ayurvedic wisdom you can take home and integrate into daily life.
A weekend rooted in Yoga & Ayurveda
This retreat is guided by the principles of classical yoga and Ayurveda — the sister sciences of wellbeing. Throughout the weekend you’ll be gently introduced to:
- Ayurvedic wisdom for balancing energy, digestion and the nervous system
- Seasonal practices for Autumn
- Simple lifestyle rituals you can apply at home
- How yoga, breath and rest support long-term health — not just flexibility
The teachings are accessible, practical and embodied — shared in a way that supports lived experience rather than overwhelm.
