Cultivate well-being, balance, and inner peace in our Sadhana Program — a dedicated yoga retreat on the paradise island. Spend one or more weeks immersed in yoga, deepen your personal practice, and reconnect to yourself through daily meditation, pranayama, and asana classes guided by experienced teachers. “Yoga is a spiritual practice and the goal of this practice is Yoga most commonly translated as Union. To overcome that which is causing the separation one needs to have a continuous practice which requires discipline. For this very reason the Sadhana program is created, a program for sincere practitioners in search of a place to support this process. When one practices continuously with right understanding, right effort and the necessary discipline one is known as a Sadhaka. When the Sadhaka keeps the process going continuously it creates momentum, the energy from this momentum has a snowball effect pathing the way to the goal of Yoga.” — Daniel Mark Taylor, Co-founder

The Purpose of Daily Spiritual Practice

Sadhana, the daily spiritual practice, is the pillar of yoga. Practiced with awareness, discipline, and the intention of spiritual growth, Sadhana combines physical practices like Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques) with introspective methods such as meditation, daily philosophy classes, Yoga Nidra sessions, and Sound Healing journeys. Our Sadhana Program provides a wide variety of tools to support your evolving daily practice and long-term mindfulness.

What is Sadhana and Why Practice It?

Sadhana (Sanskrit: साधन) refers to a regular spiritual practice aimed at cultivating awareness and living a meaningful, wholesome life. A consistent Sadhana often includes asana, pranayama, and meditation. When you apply mind, body, and spirit with the intention of growth, you naturally release attachment, soften the ego, and cultivate everyday peace. The Sadhana Program supports you in choosing practices, frequency, and duration that you can integrate into your life long-term.

The Space to Go Deep

Discipline is central to Sadhana, yet the modern lifestyle can make sustained practice difficult. Nestled in Thailand with Buddhist roots, the island’s healing energy and our serene private beachfront facilities provide ideal conditions to deepen your yoga practice. Away from distractions and supported by a loving conscious community and experienced teachers, you’ll experience the profound benefits of an intensive, consistent practice in an ocean-view venue surrounded by raw tropical nature.

Healthy Food

Food is served on all teaching days. Breakfast and lunch are provided buffet-style with healthy, delicious vegetarian meals and some vegan options. Start the day with tropical fruit, coconut yogurt and granola or hearty scrambled tofu. Lunch buffets include fresh salads, curries, and Thai, Indian and Western-inspired dishes. For dinner, many healthy and affordable options are available within minutes of the yoga center.

What Makes This Program Special?

The Sadhana Program is more than a retreat — it’s a sincere, practitioner-focused journey into yoga. With well-rounded classes, philosophy study, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing, the program offers transformational perspectives on yoga and life. Open to beginners and seasoned yogis alike, it builds the discipline and daily routine that will support your practice long after you leave.
