What this practice offers 💖
Feminine Embodiment is a devoted hour of presence, love and attentive care for the female body. This women's embodiment class uses breath, movement, sound, self-touch and loving presence—directed specifically to the female body—to re-establish a grounded, inside-out connection with your sensuality and wellbeing. Many women report feeling nourished, revitalized, empowered, balanced and deeply connected after these feminine self-care practices.
What to expect ✨
We’ll start with an orientation and short introduction to the class, always honouring your body’s “yes” and “no.” There is a brief round of check-ins (you’re welcome to pass), followed by a guided practice and a final relaxation. Optional sharing or questions are offered at the end.
Each session blends elements from Tao, Tantra and holistic women’s sensuality practices, including:
- Self breast and womb massage
- Inner smile to the female body
- Ovarian breathing
- Feminine & pelvic floor yoga
- Breath, movement and sound exercises
- Pelvic floor awareness, sensitivity and muscle-building exercises
- Taoist healing sounds
- Womb and yoni meditations
- Shaking and breathwork
- Heart–womb connection exercises
- And more—each class is unique
These practices support pelvic floor health, sensual embodiment, womb awareness and overall women’s wellness.
Important Notes 🌺
- We work with self-touch but do not touch the yoni directly.
- There is no interaction between participants during the guided practice.
- We do not perform yoni egg work in the Feminine Embodiment class; however, if you already have a yoni egg you’re welcome to wear it—some find it enhances pelvic floor and yoni awareness. This is entirely optional.
Who this is for 💜
Come exactly as you are. This feminine embodiment class is suitable for complete beginners as well as women with existing embodiment or sensual self-care practices. All feelings—excitement, fear, doubt, joy—are warmly welcomed. You are only invited to do what feels aligned for you; your body and present feeling are your ultimate teacher and guide.
