A 3-day somatic workshop using the Feldenkrais Method® to rewire your nervous system and discover ease in your body. Through gentle movement, you’ll calm your nervous system, dissolve chronic patterns, and experience personal transformation that ripples into collective healing.

Not through fixing the world, but through becoming someone who can be here: grounded, responsive, capable of meeting what is with curiosity instead of reactivity. The world doesn’t need more people transcending their bodies or bypassing their humanness. It needs people who are actually present in their aliveness, in their fullness, in their embodied capacity to stay when things get difficult.
What You’ll Experience in The Workshop
Each session is a guided movement exploration, done lying on the floor. Gentle. Slow. Entirely at your own pace. There’s no model to imitate, no “correct” way to do it. Just your presence and the question: What becomes possible when I stop forcing and start sensing? You’ll discover:
- How chronic tension and pain dissolve through awareness, not effort.
- Greater ease and freedom in movement—more flexible, more fluid, more integrated.
- Deeper, fuller breathing that happens naturally, without trying.
- Improved posture and balance that comes from the inside out.

And you’ll leave with a practice you can return to, a different relationship to your body, and a tangible sense of what changes when you finally inhabit yourself.

About the Feldenkrais Method®
The Feldenkrais Method® is a somatic education approach developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, a physicist and judo expert, in the 1940s. For over 75 years, it has been used worldwide to address chronic pain, neurological conditions, movement limitations, and to enhance performance across diverse fields. The method works directly with neuroplasticity—the brain’s capacity to form new neural pathways throughout life, using gentle, exploratory movement to rewire habitual patterns in the nervous system.
