🧘‍ Join Karine for a 60 minute (all levels) yoga class that blends traditional Hatha yoga with Somatic therapy. Guided by mindful, slow movement and conscious awareness, this practice invites you to gently tune into the sensations of your body and meet whatever is present with curiosity and compassion. 💚 Rather than pushing or striving, you'll be guided to move with deep presence, allowing the body to release what it has been holding, reset the nervous system, and naturally return to balance. This class becomes a moving meditation, where the mind softens, and the body leads. 🌺 You'll leave feeling calmer, lighter, more connected to yourself, and more present for the rest of your day. A space to regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner sense of ease.
