Almuth Kramer is a Yoga and AcroYoga teacher and Holistic Bodyworker (Thai Yoga Massage, Osteothai, Osteopathy) based in Berlin. She studied dramatics and communication science in Berlin and Buenos Aires and worked as a clown to pay for university. She is teaching bodywork practitioner qualifications as well as facilitating yoga anatomy courses for yoga teacher trainings.
After working with Thai Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, Osteothai and Dynamic Thai for some years, she was attracted to the precise and efficient problem solving of osteopathic work and a deeper understanding of the interrelation of anatomy and physiology. Therefore she studied general, visceral, structural and cranial Osteopathy at the Swiss International College for Osteopathy in Switzerland.
Her approach of holistic bodywork aims to understand and re-establish the connections and interactions of the different systems (musculoskeletal system, respiratory system, digestive system, nervous system, immune system, …) in the body. From that point of view she works on positively influencing the clients vitality, mobility and health through manual interventions as well as postural and movement training.
