
Mindfulness & Meditation Group at Barbican Library
Join certified teacher Brigitte Vinci every Tuesday for regular Mindfulness and Meditation.
Mindfulness and meditation get us to focus on the present moment, helping us better manage stress and anxiety, build concentration, gain self-confidence, and more. We’ll also use breathing exercises, which can benefit your immune system and respiratory function.
Come along for meditation from 1-1:30pm, and stay on for reflective conversation if you wish.
