Our Dynamic reformer class energises your entire body, focusing on functional strength, mobility, and coordination. Targeting your core muscles—abs, glutes, back, and hips—it also strengthens your arms and shoulders. Expect higher reps, muscle isolation, and cardio.

Suitable for intermediates or brave beginners though newcomers to the Reformer Machine may prefer Reformer Fundamentals or Signature classes.

Please note that there's a 12-hour cancellation policy, and grip socks are compulsory for safety and hygiene.
