Soft Core is a nourishing retreat for all genders. It is focussed around accessing the soul or ‘deep self’ through group experiences of therapeutic soul work, creativity, intimacy, embodiment, held in a beautiful nourishing space.

I connect you with mind, body, heart and soul. Using sensual embodiment, Tantric practice, somatic therapy and wisdom gathered from my path, I call forth the parts in you ready to emerge and flower. My greatest gift and pleasure is to see through the outer layers of people’s exterior and support the externalisation of the true self within. I spent nearly 10 years working in the corridors of conventional power and many immersed in personal exploration and spiritual study. I am professionally trained and highly experienced in yoga, sacred sexuality, healing modalities, the Temple Arts and transformational soul work. I work with eros and sexuality as a pulse of life which can radically expand our sense of self and experience of life. My mastery lies in awakening your life-current as force for personal growth, creativity and a rich life of deep meaning, soul connection and impact. Blending the deeply mystical with the highly practical, I support you on the path to liberation and transformation for your body, soul and sex.
