The Umana Technique© uses a unique meridian system within the body to activate your higher chakras.  These chakras, 8 through to 12, exist outside your physical body so we use 10 specific meridians within the physical body to activate them.  Once these higher chakras have been activated, they will stay open and with each subsequent Umana session, they will expand further.
