Usui Reiki Level 1 is an initiation — a gentle opening of your heart, hands, and spirit to the universal life force that flows through all beings. In this training, you will: Remember the ancient wisdom of healing with pure intention and love Explore the sacred history and spiritual principles of Usui Reiki Receive the first Reiki attunement, aligning you with the divine energy source Learn to channel Reiki for self-healing, and offer its blessings to others Awaken your natural ability to sense energy within the body and aura Practice hand placements, meditation, and intuitive connection Understand the chakras and energetic anatomy through a heart-centered lens Build practices of grounding, protection, and energetic integrity You will be held in a space of compassion and light, receiving: Your Level 1 Reiki Attunement Ceremony A manual to guide your ongoing journey in pdf format Time for reflection, practice, and sharing A Certificate honoring your initiation After Level 1, you will be forever connected to Reiki — able to offer healing to yourself, loved ones, animals, plants, and the Earth. This is the beginning of a deeper relationship with energy, intuition, and the divine. This training can be done in one day or ideally over 2 days day one 7th February Day 2 practical training 28th February The investment for all of this is ONLY £150.00
