A stunning yoga venue on the edge of the Cabo de Gata National Park awaits you. Join us on this 5-day retreat with Rishin Paonaskar for twice daily yoga, three vegetarian meals per day, two eco pools set in 30-acres of olive and citrus groves, against a spectacular mountain backdrop.
Our venue offers peace and tranquility in a semi-desert setting, within walking distance of the traditional and colourful village of Nijar. We are only a 20-minute drive from one of Europe’s most remote and beautiful National Parks, the Cabo de Gata, with its miles of secluded and unspoiled beaches – perfect for a day trip.
The accommodation is made up of the main Finca, which has won awards for its striking modernist architecture, and a group of converted traditional ‘Cortijos’. Rooms are bright and decorated with tapestries, antiques and beautiful upholstery. All bedrooms are ensuite with air conditioning.
Each day, Rishin will lead an energising morning flow class, and a more restorative wind-down evening session. Classes are 90-minutes and take place in the beautiful yoga shala. Mid-way through the retreat, he will lead an extra ‘workshop style’ class where you’re invited to ask questions about postures and practice.
All yoga mats and props are provided.
Rishin can cater to all levels of experience – from beginners to more seasoned yogis and yoginis. The yoga will be tailored to include a mix of Dynamic Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.
