Through gentle movements and breathing exercises we prepare the body and mind for the meditation practice, in which you can then fully arrive at yourself, let go and relax.
oga is my retreat from the fast-paced and often stressful everyday life. Through the combination of movement and breathing, I come back to myself and everything around me becomes unimportant for a moment. This is exactly the feeling I want to give you. That's why I pay particular attention to movement and breathing in my classes. You are allowed to come completely to yourself, find peace and let go of everything you no longer need.
