A monthly therapeutic workshop of restorative yoga to overcome burnout and learn how to rest
Many of us live in cycles of constant doing - pushing, proving, and running on empty, leading to burnout, tension and disconnection.
Online Bed Yoga is a therapeutic journey designed to undo those patterns while you rest. Through deeply restorative poses, gentle somatic guidance, and reflections woven into the practice, this monthly workshop helps you retrain your nervous system, release the pressure to perform, and rediscover ease in your body.
This is for anyone longing to overcome burnout, soften their inner critic, and live more rested and fulfilling lives – all from the comfort of your bed.
At the same time together we create a gentle space where you can witness others resting too, learning that rest is not only personal, but something we can share, nurture, and experience together.
