Yoga practice with short pranayama & warm up (focus on spine, neck / shoulders, hips and hamstrings) followed by a flow with Surya Namaskara and balancing elements. The class ends with gentle stretching and a heart-opening Shavasana.

The online class takes place parallel to studio class.
