This class is about the spirit of a peaceful warrior - strong, resilient, focused, confident, calm. We will cultivate these qualities within us by practicing challenging Asanas (Yoga postures), flowing dynamically with breath awareness and holding key poses for up to 5 breaths. All levels and genders are welcome, some experience is recommended, yet we will give you variations.
