Develop and maintain your meditation practice and join our friendly community in our live online meditation sessions.

We offer 30-minute weekday meditation sessions (Monday to Friday) twice daily at 13:00 and 19:00 UK Time.

They’re for anyone who’d like to develop and maintain their practice – whether you’re new to mindfulness or have an established practice.

You can now register once per quarter and receive the Zoom code for that period, attending as many sessions as you’d like.

To ensure the financial stability of these sessions, when you register there’ll be a suggested donation for the quarter. To find out more about this read our news post.

If you’d prefer, you can register for these sessions on an annual basis by registering in the current quarter and choosing the annual option on the registration form.

At Oxford Mindfulness, we’re proud to be internationally recognised for teaching mindfulness and as a mindfulness teacher-training organisation.

We’ve partnered with the University of Oxford since 2007 to develop easy-to-understand programmes using Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which combines mindfulness and psychological science.

We work with organisations and universities around the world to deliver the mindfulness programmes developed through this partnership, supporting our vision of a world with universal access to mindfulness training.
