Step away from the noise of the day & into a space of stillness & renewal in this quick 30 minute class.

Join me for a gentle, guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, & breath. Whether you're at home, at work, or somewhere in between, this session is your invitation to pause, release tension & stress, & restore a sense of inner peace

What to Expect:

Grounding Breathwork to arrive in the present Gentle Stretching to release pent up/ stagnant energy A beginner friendly guided meditation When: Every Wednesday 11:45-12:15pm (MST)

Where: Virtual (hosted via Zoom) – Join from anywhere

Cost: FREE – Donations accepted & always appreciated

No experience is needed—just an open heart and a few moments for yourself. Let’s breathe, release, and restore together.
