✨Sufi Meshk Ceremony✨

🧿Meshk is the meeting of music and devotional whirling dance. It is an ancient spiritual practice, practiced to this day in different parts of Asia and the Middle East. This dance of spinning around our own center, sharpens our perception, bringing us to a state of inner listening, where our heart is the center and connects with the movement of the Universe💫
We will begin the open ceremonial space with a joint chant, where we will learn how to easily enter the trance inducing spinning movement of the sufi whirling dance💎
Music and poetry will accompany the dance to elevate our state of presence and meditation🧘🎶
Please come in comfortable clothes👚 and preferably on an empty stomach. The space has a healthy buffet for those who wish to nourish themselves whenever they need it 🍲
Intro and facilitation starts at 6 PM. Live music and open space starts at 7 PM until 9 PM. Please arrive a quarter of an hour early to connect with the space🙏
To hold the event and space there will be a abundance box on the entrace for donations ❤️
