A Note from Ecstatic Dance India Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, conscious dance practice where music becomes the guide and movement becomes the medicine. There are no choreographed steps – only a safe space to move freely, release stress, and reconnect with yourself through rhythm and presence. We dance because movement heals. It opens the body, clears the mind, and awakens a deep sense of joy and freedom.

Guidelines to Honour the Space 1. No Shoes – Dance barefoot to feel grounded and connected. 2. No Talking on the Dancefloor – Let movement express what words cannot. 3. No Substances – Music, breath, and presence are our natural high. 4. Respect the Space & Each Other – Move with awareness and care.

What is a Cacao Ceremony? • Ceremonial cacao is a pure, minimally processed form of cacao (different from regular chocolate). • It contains natural compounds like theobromine, which gently energize and uplift without the crash of caffeine. • Known as a heart-opener, it supports emotional clarity, deeper connection, and a sense of calm focus – perfect before a dance journey. • Served warm, rich, and lightly spiced (often with cinnamon, cardamom, or chili), it is enjoyed mindfully as part of the ceremony.

Please Note: This is a conscious, substance-free experience (No alcohol, no smoking, no substances – only music, movement & pure energy.)
