Nada Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
200 Hour Nada Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh (1 – 28 March)
The 200 Hour Nada Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh is a one-month immersive program designed for students who want to understand yoga through the science of sound and vibration. This teacher training combines traditional yogic knowledge with practical sound healing methods so participants can both deepen personal practice and confidently guide others.
Nada Yoga is the classical yogic approach to meditation through listening and resonance. Instead of using only physical postures, this training explores how sound affects breath, mind, emotions, and awareness. Students learn how vibration influences the nervous system and how it can be used to create structured meditation and relaxation sessions.
The course takes place in Rishikesh, the traditional center of yoga learning, allowing students to experience the practices in an authentic environment while receiving systematic guidance.
