Namaste, I’ll be guiding online yoga classes every Wednesday at 8 AM - 8.45AM IST. Reach out to me for Offline classes in Rishikesh or if you have any questions

These sessions are offered through a trauma-informed lens, prioritizing safety and choice. The practice gently supports anyone navigating stress or past trauma in a grounded, non-judgmental & compassionate space. TIY focuses on how the practice feels, how the body responds, and how individuals can reconnect with themselves at their own pace.

Yoga Darshan or philosophy of yoga in its very essence is a path designed for inner awareness and integration. For trauma survivors, especially those who experience PTSD or dissociation, yoga can support healing in three major ways:

  1. Reconnecting with the Body:
  2. Regulating the Nervous System
  3. Creating a Sense of Agency

Having navigated through my own traumatic experiences, I intimately understand the transformative power of healing through yoga.
